These terms and condition apply to all sales of products made to you, the customer purchasing via real slim.com.au so ensure to read these terms carefully before submitting your orders to us. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
First off, we would like to address that your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute the confirmation of our offer to sell. Réal Slim reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order after receipt for any reason.

Réal Slim reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order:

1. Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
2. We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current, however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
3. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
4. Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase in accordance with your address for delivery.
5. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, email, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake the consideration and care with this information. However in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission, virus or malware.
6. We undertake to accept or reject your order within 3 days. If we have not responded to you within 3 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give a reason for rejecting your offer to purchase, however the most likely reason is that we do not currently have that product in stock.
7. Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel your order (even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending).
8. We will use the personal information you provided to us for these purposes: to supply the products, to process your payment for the products, and may give your personal information to third parties where the law requires or allow us to do so.

The contract is between you and us so no other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its stipulation. You will only be allow to transfer your rights or your obligations by the terms to another person if we agree to this in writing. Réal Slim will not unreasonably withhold or delay our consent.
